Every time I find a car like this, I’m glad it’s not a year from now when I should have car-buying money. A lot more cargo than my RAV4, A TV IN THE BACK , AWD, a lot of tech goodies, and owned by old people from The Villages. My mom has loved her CR-V from this era of Honda.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I was looking at new Ranger Lariats earlier today. This has basically come down to anything that has keyless access & push-button start and is a color. This indecisiveness is the real reason I should hold onto the RAV4 forever.

Careful, these may have failed oil control rings which Acura will only replace after documented oil consumption and under 150k miles. My parents got theirs replaced with 148k

The mileage is super low. 31,000. Thank you for letting me know about that. I have much better top choices, but this stood out.

If you could watch YouTube through a car TV, I’d definitely sit in my car and watch YouTube. Would I do that once I get a full-time job? Probably not. Would I ever use that third row? Probably not. But both of those things are there, and it’s awesome.

My wife loves her MDX. It’s ok I guess. Like all big Hondas, it eats brakes.

My dad’s xB ate brakes. It went through three sets in like 30,000 miles. Once he changed them himself, they lasted until he traded it in (a year and some change).

Don’t do it.
Please see my own experience with the Acura MDX as a good reason:

Mrs. addiction has one very similar to that one. Been a great family/trip car for us. Bought a couple years used with 40k miles, now 150k. Will drive a couple more years and then figure out what’s next.

I never liked these as passenger vehicles because other crossovers have much better passenger space. I don’t plan on becoming a dad for at least another decade, but this specific one is a terrific value.

Our kids are still small and my wife likes the size (Suburban is way too big).
Next might be a Kia Telluride.
Benefit of the MDX is that it’s actually enjoyable to drive, and is pretty quick if you get on it (we have the AWD).

Tellurides are good cars. I don’t even know if they’ll face Kia depreciation they’re so popular.
